THE OBJECTIVE

Elevate the look and feel of West Elm’s product photography during a post-pandemic retail surge, when demand for furniture and decor was at a high. As an on-set Art Director, I focused on creating on-brand visuals that balanced e-commerce performance with lifestyle storytelling.

THE CHALLENGE

Joining at a pivotal moment as West Elm refined its brand image and style guides to feel more editorial and design-driven, the work required unifying visual direction across categories, maintaining consistent lighting and styling, and developing creative strategies to maximize output.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Apply a fashion-informed perspective to interiors, leading photo teams from pre-production through post. Contribute to the development of evolving style guidelines and help shape the visual identity of West Elm Kids during its debut season and early high-visibility collaborations.
